Overall it was well furnished and brand-new with a broadway view. The location was magnificent and incredible, at a moderate distance from Upper West Side.

Had a coffee maker, a terrace and a phone in my standard king room. The bedroom was very good and had a stunningly beautiful view on the Central Park. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to more restaurants than one, and all the main attractions.
Some of the staff were very bad.

Clean place, staff are amicable, location is wonderful and decent. It boasts prime central location and new-fashioned and unique room. Nearby Amsterdam Ale House - great place to chill out. Totally very nice stay in February.
Awful views and Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

We loved how spacious our broadway view beautiful king room was. The location is perfect, just a short walk to lincoln center and central park. The lobby bar had a great vibe, and the staff was super friendly!

The location was great and the surrounding amenities were very good. A relaxing environment for such a busy city. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained.
A complimentary fridge for personal use would have been nice. Everything else was great.
